Due to the personal nature of our handmade bodycare and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
We kindly ask you to read each product description carefully before placing an order. If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to guide you 🫶.
💸 Refunds
We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:

To be eligible for a refund:

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
📦 Lost or Missing Parcels
We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit due to incorrect address details provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order 💌.
