Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, provided they haven’t already been packed or shipped.

🔁 Changes to Your Order

Once an order has been processed, we can’t make changes such as scent swaps or address edits. Please double-check your shipping details and product selections before completing checkout 💕.

 

 

📦 Preorders / Backorders

If a product is listed as preorder, the estimated shipping date will always be shown on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will be shipped together unless stated otherwise.

Our products are handmade in small batches and subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
